• For set minimum participant groups payment will only be processed 7 days before the event if enough Findacrowd members have joined the group
• If your group does not meet the minimum participant requirement, you will be given the option to purchase a standard price ticket

We require all users to register for an account and become FindaCrowd members. Guests are not eligible to participate in FindaCrowd and guest accounts are not available.

The Findacrowd app is free to download and there is no subscription fee to pay.  Findacrowd is a ticketing agent, all ticket prices are displayed on the selected attraction and event page.

• Selected attractions and events will allow you to take advantage of the discounted group ticket price and attend or visit alone.
• Lookout for the Findacrowd flag displayed for each attraction or event for entrance terms & conditions.
• A ‘Crowd Gate Entry’  flag requires Findacrowd group members to meet at the entrance or customer service desk for the collection and distribution of tickets.  You can then choose whether to enjoy your day out with your fellow members or go it alone.

You can connect and interact with other group members using the group chat facility.

No transport is provided and you must make your own arrangements.

• When your ticket booking reservation is confirmed (no minimum participants required or minimum participant requirement has been met) cancellations can not be made
• If we have to cancel your booking due to the minimum number of participants not being met, you will not be charged
• If the event partner has to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances or covid restrictions, the cancellation will be processed in accordance with their own terms and conditions

10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. In Short:Yes, if you are a resident of California, you are granted specific rights regarding access to your personal information.

Verification process

Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity to determine you are the same person about whom we have the information in our system. These verification efforts require us to ask you to provide information so that we can match it with information you have previously provided us. For instance, depending on the type of request you submit, we may ask you to provide certain information so that we can match the information you provide with the information we already have on file, or we may contact you through a communication method (e.g. phone or email) that you have previously provided to us. We may also use other verification methods as the circumstances dictate.
